Do not use if

Contraindicated in hyperkalemia, severe renal impairment, and conditions associated with potassium retention.

May cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, and hyperkalemia.

Monitor serum potassium and renal function to avoid potentially serious hyperkalemia.
