Uses

Used topically for dermatophyte infections, cutaneous candidiasis, pityriasis versicolor, and seborrheic dermatitis.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to ketoconazole or formulation components.

Local irritation, itching, burning, stinging, and contact dermatitis may occur.

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes.

Imidazole antifungal that inhibits ergosterol synthesis and disrupts fungal cell membranes.

Store at 20–25°C.
