Used in various cancers including lymphomas, leukemias, multiple myeloma, and certain immune-mediated conditions.

Do not use if

Severe hypersensitivity to cyclophosphamide or urinary outflow obstruction.

Bone marrow suppression, infections, nausea, hair loss, hemorrhagic cystitis, and cardiotoxicity may occur.

Requires close monitoring for myelosuppression, infections, bladder toxicity, and secondary malignancies.

Alkylating agent that interferes with DNA replication and cell division in rapidly proliferating cells.

Store according to product labeling and protect from excessive heat.
