Used for Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia and certain cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Do not use if

No specific absolute contraindications listed, but hypersensitivity requires avoidance.

Myelosuppression, bleeding, fluid retention, infections, and cardiovascular adverse effects may occur.

Monitor blood counts, bleeding risk, fluid retention, pulmonary hypertension, and cardiac toxicity.
