Uses
Used for certain EGFR-expressing colorectal cancers and squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck. May be used alone or with other cancer therapies.
Do not use if
No absolute labeled contraindications, but severe hypersensitivity reactions require permanent discontinuation.
Side effects
Common effects include acneiform rash, infusion reactions, fatigue, diarrhea, and electrolyte abnormalities. Serious cardiopulmonary events may occur.
Warnings
Serious infusion reactions, cardiopulmonary arrest, pulmonary toxicity, and severe skin toxicity may occur.
How it works
