Uses

Used for prevention and treatment of vitamin B12 deficiency, especially due to malabsorption disorders.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to cyanocobalamin, vitamin B12, or cobalt.

Injection-site reactions, itching, rash, diarrhea, and rare severe allergic reactions may occur.

Use cautiously in Leber hereditary optic neuropathy. Severe allergic reactions can occur rarely.

Vitamin B12 is essential for red blood cell formation, DNA synthesis, and nervous system function.

Store according to product labeling and protect from excessive heat.
