Uses
Used for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, and other inflammatory disorders.
Do not use if
No absolute contraindications other than hypersensitivity; active serious infections require avoidance.
Side effects
May cause injection-site reactions, infections, headache, rash, and elevated liver enzymes.
Warnings
Increases risk of serious infections, tuberculosis, and certain malignancies.
