How it works
Paracetamol (acetaminophen) provides analgesia and antipyresis via inhibition of central prostaglandin synthesis. Dextromethorphan suppresses the medullary cough center via sigma-1 and NMDA receptor activity. Doxylamine is a first-generation H1-antihistamine that reduces rhinorrhea and sneezing and promotes sleep through central sedation.
Storage
Store between 20–25°C (68–77°F). Do not refrigerate.
