Used for susceptible bacterial infections including respiratory, urinary tract, skin, and other serious infections.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to levofloxacin or other quinolone antibiotics.

Common effects include nausea, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, and insomnia.

May cause tendon rupture, neuropathy, CNS effects, and worsening of myasthenia gravis.

Fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV.

Store at room temperature according to product labeling.
