Uses
PARP inhibitor used in selected patients with BRCA-mutated prostate cancer and other approved oncology settings.
Do not use if
No specific contraindications are established, except hypersensitivity to the product.
Side effects
Myelosuppression, fatigue, nausea, anemia, thrombocytopenia, and hypertension may occur.
Warnings
Monitor blood counts regularly due to the risk of myelosuppression and MDS/AML.
How it works
