Used to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to vildagliptin or formulation components.

Headache, dizziness, nausea, edema, and upper respiratory infections may occur.

Monitor liver function and watch for symptoms of pancreatitis.

DPP-4 inhibitor that increases incretin hormone activity and improves glucose-dependent insulin secretion.

Store at room temperature.
