Uses

Medicated cleansing soap used for acne-prone and oily skin. Irgasan (triclosan) provides antibacterial action while sulphur helps reduce sebum production and promotes keratolysis. Glycerin, jojoba, and olive oils moisturize and prevent excessive dryness.

Do not use if

Known hypersensitivity to any ingredient including sulphur or triclosan. Avoid contact with eyes. Not recommended on broken or severely inflamed skin.

How it works

Sulphur exerts keratolytic and mild antiseborrheic activity by reacting with cysteine to form hydrogen sulphide, which promotes desquamation. Irgasan (triclosan) is a broad-spectrum antibacterial that inhibits fatty acid synthesis in bacteria. Jojoba and olive oils replenish skin lipids, while glycerin maintains hydration.
