Uses
This combination provides temporary relief of symptoms associated with menstrual periods, including headache, bloating, cramps, backache, muscular aches, irritability, and water-weight gain.
Do not use if
Do not use with any other product containing acetaminophen. Contraindicated in patients with prior allergic reactions to any ingredient in this formulation.
Side effects
Discontinue use and consult a physician if pain worsens or persists beyond 10 days, if fever lasts more than 3 days, or if new symptoms such as redness or swelling appear, as these may indicate a serious condition.
Warnings
Severe liver damage may occur if more than 4,000 mg of acetaminophen is taken in 24 hours, if combined with other acetaminophen-containing products, or with 3 or more alcoholic drinks daily. Acetaminophen may cause severe skin reactions in rare cases.
How it works
Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effects through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Pamabrom is a mild diuretic (xanthine derivative) that helps reduce water retention and bloating associated with the menstrual cycle.
Storage
Store at 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted between 15–30°C (59–86°F).
