Used for the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis in adults.

Do not use if

Contraindicated during pregnancy, in severe hepatic impairment, and in hypersensitivity to leflunomide.

Diarrhea, elevated liver enzymes, hypertension, hair loss, infections, and bone marrow suppression may occur.

May cause severe liver injury and fetal harm. Effective contraception is required.

Immunomodulatory agent that inhibits pyrimidine synthesis and reduces lymphocyte proliferation.

Store at room temperature.
