Do not use if

Contraindicated in women with high thrombotic risk, severe renal impairment, adrenal insufficiency, or certain cardiovascular disorders.

Nausea, breast tenderness, headache, irregular bleeding, and mood changes may occur.

Smoking increases the risk of serious cardiovascular events, especially in women over 35 years of age.

Prevents pregnancy mainly by suppressing ovulation and altering cervical mucus and endometrial conditions.
