Used for the management of fibromyalgia in adults.

Do not use if

Contraindicated with MAOI therapy because of the risk of serotonin syndrome.

May cause nausea, headache, constipation, dizziness, insomnia, sweating, and increased heart rate.

Monitor for suicidal thoughts, serotonin syndrome, hypertension, and tachycardia.

Milnacipran is a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor that modulates pain pathways.

Store at room temperature.
