Pipazethate is a non-opioid antitussive indicated for the symptomatic relief of dry, irritating, non-productive cough in adults and children. It acts centrally to suppress the cough reflex.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to pipazethate. Should be used with caution in patients with productive cough, as suppressing such cough may be harmful.
Side effects

Warnings
Avoid use in children under 2 years except under medical supervision. Use with caution in patients with respiratory insufficiency.
How it works
