Used for the treatment of major depressive disorder in adults.

Do not use if

Contraindicated with MAO inhibitors and in patients with hypersensitivity to vortioxetine.

Nausea, constipation, vomiting, dizziness, and sexual dysfunction may occur.

May increase suicidal thoughts in younger patients and can cause serotonin syndrome.

Multimodal antidepressant that enhances serotonergic neurotransmission through serotonin reuptake inhibition and receptor modulation.

Store at room temperature.
