Uses

Used for active immunization of infants to help prevent rotavirus gastroenteritis.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in infants with severe allergic reaction to a previous dose or severe combined immunodeficiency.

May cause irritability, diarrhea, vomiting, fever, or decreased appetite.

Use according to the recommended infant vaccination schedule. Monitor for signs of intussusception.

A live attenuated vaccine that stimulates immunity against rotavirus infection.

Store refrigerated at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.
