Uses

Used for symptomatic relief of cough, especially dry or irritating cough.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to any ingredient and certain respiratory conditions requiring caution with cough suppressants.

Drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, and gastrointestinal discomfort may occur.

May cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol and activities requiring alertness.

Pholcodine suppresses the cough reflex, while guaiacol derivatives may help soothe airway irritation.

Store at room temperature.
