Uses

Used for major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, diabetic neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain.

Do not use if

Contraindicated with MAO inhibitors and in patients with hypersensitivity to duloxetine.

Nausea, dry mouth, somnolence, dizziness, constipation, and sweating may occur.

May increase suicidal thoughts in younger patients and may cause serotonin syndrome or liver injury.

SNRI antidepressant that increases serotonin and norepinephrine activity in the central nervous system.

Store at room temperature in a dry place.
