Uses

Used for the acute treatment of migraine attacks and associated symptoms.

Do not use if

Severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, severe hepatic impairment, or hypersensitivity to any ingredient.

Side effects

Nausea, dizziness, restlessness, drowsiness, and gastrointestinal discomfort may occur.

Warnings

Avoid excessive use due to risk of medication-overuse headache and ergot-related adverse effects.

How it works

Paracetamol provides analgesia, caffeine may enhance pain relief, ergotamine causes cranial vasoconstriction, and metoclopramide helps control nausea.
