Uses

Used for relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis, including relapsing-remitting disease and active secondary progressive disease.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to dimethyl fumarate or its excipients.

Flushing, gastrointestinal symptoms, lymphopenia, and elevated liver enzymes may occur.

Monitor for serious infections, lymphopenia, and symptoms suggestive of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy.

Activates the Nrf2 pathway and may help protect cells from oxidative stress while modulating immune responses.

Store at room temperature in the original container.
