Uses

Used in eye or nasal preparations for allergic symptoms, redness, itching, and congestion.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to ingredients. Use cautiously in narrow-angle glaucoma and severe cardiovascular disease.

Local irritation, burning, dryness, blurred vision, and rebound congestion with prolonged use may occur.

Avoid prolonged use due to risk of rebound redness or congestion.

Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine H1 receptors while naphazoline stimulates alpha receptors causing vasoconstriction.

Store tightly closed at room temperature.
