Uses

Used for prevention of angina pectoris associated with coronary artery disease.

Do not use if

Contraindicated with phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors and in patients with hypersensitivity to nitrates.

Headache, dizziness, flushing, hypotension, and lightheadedness may occur.

Concurrent use with erectile dysfunction medications may cause severe hypotension.

Nitrate vasodilator that relaxes vascular smooth muscle and reduces cardiac workload.

Store at room temperature in a tightly closed container.
