Uses
Used for major depressive disorder, OCD, panic disorder, PTSD, social anxiety disorder, and PMDD.
Do not use if
Contraindicated with MAO inhibitors, pimozide, and in patients with hypersensitivity to sertraline.
Side effects
Nausea, diarrhea, insomnia, dizziness, sweating, and sexual dysfunction may occur.
Warnings
Monitor for suicidal thoughts, serotonin syndrome, and clinical worsening during treatment.
