Uses

Used to reduce hospitalization risk in selected patients with chronic heart failure and reduced ejection fraction.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in severe bradycardia, acute decompensated heart failure, severe hepatic impairment, and certain conduction disorders.

Bradycardia, atrial fibrillation, hypertension, and visual brightness phenomena may occur.

Monitor heart rate and watch for atrial fibrillation. Avoid use during pregnancy.

HCN channel blocker that selectively reduces heart rate by acting on the sinoatrial node.

Store at room temperature.
