Used for the treatment of selected B-cell malignancies including certain lymphomas and chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the drug or its components.

Common adverse effects include neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, infections, bruising, and diarrhea.

Monitor for bleeding, infections, cytopenias, and cardiac arrhythmias.

A Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitor that blocks B-cell signaling pathways.

Store at room temperature in the original container.
