Uses
Used for adults with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma with susceptible FGFR genetic alterations after prior systemic therapy.
Do not use if
No specific contraindications are established other than hypersensitivity.
Side effects
Hyperphosphatemia, stomatitis, diarrhea, nail disorders, and eye disorders may occur.
Warnings
Regular ophthalmologic monitoring is required due to risk of retinal disorders.
