Uses

Used in combination regimens for treatment and prevention of tuberculosis.

Do not use if

Severe liver disease, hypersensitivity to either component, or certain interacting medications.

Hepatotoxicity, gastrointestinal upset, rash, peripheral neuropathy, and body fluid discoloration may occur.

Monitor liver function regularly and assess for drug interactions.

Combines two first-line antitubercular agents with complementary mechanisms against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Store at room temperature.
