Used to improve symptoms and walking distance in patients with intermittent claudication due to peripheral arterial disease.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in recent cerebral or retinal hemorrhage and hypersensitivity to methylxanthines.

Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, and gastrointestinal discomfort may occur.

Use cautiously in patients with bleeding disorders or severe cardiovascular disease.

Improves blood flow by reducing blood viscosity and enhancing microcirculatory perfusion.

Store at room temperature.
