Uses

Used for the acute treatment of migraine attacks with or without aura in adults. Not intended for migraine prevention.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in ischemic heart disease, coronary vasospasm, certain arrhythmias, stroke history, and uncontrolled hypertension.

Dizziness, paresthesia, fatigue, chest or throat tightness, and somnolence may occur.

Evaluate cardiovascular risk before use in susceptible patients. Discontinue if serious cardiac symptoms occur.

Selective 5-HT1B/1D receptor agonist that reduces migraine symptoms through cranial vasoconstriction and neuropeptide modulation.

Store at room temperature in the original package.
