Uses

Used for acute relief and prevention of angina pectoris associated with coronary artery disease.

Do not use if

Contraindicated with PDE-5 inhibitors, severe anemia, increased intracranial pressure, and hypersensitivity to nitrates.

Headache, dizziness, flushing, hypotension, and palpitations may occur.

May cause severe hypotension. Excessive use can lead to tolerance.

Nitrate vasodilator that releases nitric oxide and relaxes vascular smooth muscle.

Store at room temperature in a tightly closed container.
