Uses

Used for prevention and treatment of chronic stable angina when other antianginal therapies are insufficient or unsuitable.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in severe hypotension, shock, and concomitant use with phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors.

May cause headache, flushing, dizziness, hypotension, and palpitations.

Serious gastrointestinal, skin, or mucosal ulceration may occur during treatment.

Nicorandil acts as a potassium channel opener and nitrate donor, producing arterial and venous vasodilation.

Store below 25°C and protect from moisture.
